Our Values

 The term "tapwewin" in Cree (“debwewin” in Ojibway) refers to a concept of honesty and transparency. It emphasizes the obligation to be truthful in communication and actions, reflecting the importance of integrity in our culture.  

Our Vision

To transfer skills, build knowledge and technical capacity, helping First Nations lead with confidence and sovereignty, equipped with the technical knowledge and advocacy support to shape their own futures on equal ground.  

Our Purpose

To bridge the day-to-day technical gap First Nations face by providing reliable, trusted, accessible expertise that empowers informed decision-making and removes barriers to progress.

To provide First Nations with trusted technical advocacy that cuts through complexity, eliminates barriers, and ensures informed, sovereign decision-making through accountability, assertive leadership, and unwavering commitment to truth.
